		<description>The first generation of emcees were really the inspiration and foundation of what these rappers are today. With all the cash, its more commercial gain rather than respect. As I stated before, most of these guys looked up to KRS One, Kool Herc, NAS, and Rakim. Its not about how much money these guys earn its about how much respect they have. As KRS said it in Classic, "Me, I got no jewels on my neck, why â€“ I donâ€™t need â€˜em I got full of respect".</description>

the list is called hip hop cash kings.. so i guess it isnt limited to rappers alone.  I always thought producers would make more than rappers on average.
