You guys totally miss the point. If you’re wearing a suit
(and if you don’t have a suit let’s just pretend your life isn’t in shambles and you do XD) you could stand around talking into your cuff.
Briefly whisper a name into your cuff, stand around waiting for a few seconds and then lift your cuff up and have your conversation. Now all they need to make is a single tiny bluetooth headphone to put in your ear. If I could read Chinese and trusted Chinese websites to ship to England I would definitely fork over the money for this.

Dick Tracy to Bond, I can imagine bond using that type of gadget to get him out of dirty situations.
