The accompanying video adds a whole new layer to the track by pairing dystopian scenes of riot police and civil unrest with its themes of religion, power, and social hierarchy.

First Images Released from Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained

Entertainment Weekly recently got their hands on two exclusive photos from director Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming feature Django Unchained. The film, an homage to spaghetti westerns of old, follows the eponymous Django (played by Jamie Foxx) as he partners with German bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz) to free his enslaved wife from her captor, Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).

Django Unchained is set to release this Christmas.
