The Botta-Design ARGOS Automatic ($900) has a high-contrast dial – stripped to the bare essentials – is simplicity itself, and easy to read even in poor light conditions. The case is designed with no protruding parts, while the strap lugs are positioned underneath it to highlight its simple and perfectly circular form. The Botta Design Argos Automatic features a central second hand, which reflects the precision of the inbuilt automatic movement. The movement itself is visible to the rear of the watch through the water-blue display back.
The high quality of the materials used (non-allergenic case, strap and clasp) ensures that the watch will remain comfortable to wear for years to come. All components are manufactured in Germany and painstakingly assembled by hand.
i love it, but it looks a lot like a Skagen. which sell for about $100. that being said i’d still consider buying this watch. mostly because i get a lot of compliments on the 2 Skagen watches i do have and this watch is clearly of higher build quality.
@shakir
the skagen watches are an absolute beaut, they’re so… effectively clean.
Design wise, i think the botta-design Argos is comparable to some of the skagen watches, the major difference may be that the skagen watches lack the 3 hand.
