If you’re like me and wear dress shirts to work, it’s a bit hard to show off those hard earned muscles you’ve been building at the gym. If you want to increase your presence in the boardroom or impress that hot intern that just joined the firm, work on your forearm muscles. You can show them off by simply rolling up your sleeves.
Strong forearms will show her that you’re capable of anything, including opening that jar of jelly she’s trying so hard to do in the break room.
To build forearm strength, grab a light dumbbell and hold it with your palm up. While seated, rest your arm on your thigh so your wrist touches your kneecap. Now curl the weight up and down as far as you can 15 to 25 times.
You can also build your grip strength at the same time by using a tennis ball or spring-loaded grip. Repeatedly squeeze the item until you feel a slight burn in your forearm. Take a short 30 second break and continue for three sets.

I don’t work out on my forearms too much. They kind of build themselves when I’m doing other exercises like benching and curling.

Those spring loaded grips are quite the equipment to build up forearm strength. At the gym, we have one of those small gadgets that see how strong your grip is, neato. Don’t think those popping veins will make a difference when you’re showing her your forearms. ;)

I wear dress shirt and tie to work everyday. I also roll the sleeves up with not much to show. I have to try some of those exercises

Deadlifts, Pullups, Rows, and other heavy pull exercises give you big forearms for free. So if you do those already, you don’t need to consciously train your forearms.

I have to wear a dress shirt to work and I always roll up my sleeves. I can never let my sleeves undone. Tennis season isn’t quite here yet so I’ll make use of the tennis balls I have rolling around in my car.

This is honestly a completely jackassed idea. Like others have posted previously, the big exercises (deadlifts, benching, squats) are going to do tons more for you than spending hours and hours working the little muscles.
As far as looking good in a dress shirt: forearms? What about a decent looking chest, or shoulders, or back, or a firm stomach? Maybe I’m not aware of what women consider sexy these days, but it seems to me that I haven’t heard ‘I’m looking for an otherwise-skinny man with hot Popeye forearms’ very frequently.

Some girls tend to be nitpicky about their guys, the little things add up. Hey, you never know, maybe the girls start checking out guy’s legs, or even calves.
