Hong Kong is the king when it comes to dim sum. I live in San Francisco where there are some great good dim sum places, but they seriously can’t hold a candle to the master chefs here in Hong Kong. Everything is just tastier, fresher, and higher in quality. I don’t know what they put in their seafood, but I seriously think it’s some kind of crack because I can’t stop eating it. And to really top it off, this entire dim sum lunch only cost us $79 HKD which is roughly $10 US!
