What’s leather? I guess the headboard, etc? I like the hanging beds that were fashionable in the seventies – I imagine they’d swing quite a bit when you were having sex…maybe this one would eventually break! : )

This bed looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. The more i look at it, the less it looks contemporary. I’d love to own a bed in that in my room, but the problem is lack of space, and i’d lose the harmony in my room.

I also looked at the magnetic bed, now THATS sleeping on air, and there is no magic required, just years of developement. Its kind of like.. Aladin’s Magic Carpet, except it can’t travel.

i also saw the magnetic bed on one london website. it looks sooooo great. this bed is anchor on the wall by chain.

M.C Escher furniture design at its best. Modern decor in a house always gives it that relaxed feeling and a tad futuristic sensation. Aside from this, platform beds can hopefully match up to this contemporary bed. That picture has some other cool furniture; the floor and the chandelier are both lovely.

This bed is so puzzling! I can’t begin to understand how it’s curves actually make it appear to be floating. Other floating bed concepts I’ve seen have been supported by magnetics or strings but what’s holding this up?
