There have been a lot of cars with designs that pretty much give this superhero vehicle aura. Don’t you think that this could be one of the rich superheroes’ cars, or something?

I also have interest in car design! I wonder if there are design competitions like this in Canada. Flux’s front view is astounding, very sleek indeed, but in my opinion, began to fail in the centre area, and the finish rear was well suited. I LOVE how the wheels are on the car though, makes it look tough! Anyhow, im envious oh Mihai, im sure there were many other good designs that weren’t displayed though.

It’s good to see Peugeot pushing it’s brand name out there through contests like these. I always love to see cutting edge designs with new concept cars – it shows you what designers have been working on in an uninhibited, creative world – designs that rarely make it into the actual retail world in their original form. I’m glad that Peugeot is encouraging established (and non-established) designers to follow their dreams in a contest with an broad ranging theme. The Flux is a pretty mean concept on it’s own (all the power to Panaitescu!), and in the right hands his dream can become a reality.

I have to admit I’m really feeling this type of idea for contests. There are so many talented people out there with unlimited ideas that just need the right environment to foster their creativity. What’s even better is that this concept model is built on an ecological idea – it’s got a hydrogen unit yet still looks like a car of the future.
