Happy Valentines Day from Kineda!
I have surprisingly found that many blogging sites are hating on Valentines Day! How can this be?
I suppose I can see the pessimism about Valentines Day. Our tradition suggests we exchange gifts and prices “surprisingly” increase. In addition, many think they shouldn’t be forced to celebrate love on a specific day.
I am not implying that we should only celebrate our love for one another on this particular day because we should definitely demonstrate this on a daily basis. But, if we are given a reason to celebrate, why are we even questioning this? Let’s celebrate! :D
CBS News quoted me in their Cupid Is Stupid article today! My first quote ever. Woot! I’m a celebrity now! Not really, but a girl can dream right?
P.S. I got beautiful flowers at work today. Score! Now I need a dinner date! Anyone want to go?

It’s hard not to be a little bit bitter when everyone else has someone and you’re still stuck trying to find that special girl. :(
