Located in Tokyo Midtown is HLam’s first and only flagship store. Hlam is a superniche Italian fashion brand who’s every product is made of either cashmere, alpaca or egyptian cotton. How’s that for high-end?

The store’s interior has classic polished wood floors, fluffy cream-colored carpets, two giant mahogany tables, and giant-curved edge shop windows that give it a 21st century contemporary vibe.

Wow. I’d be too intimidated at first to enter that store. Can’t wait till I’m in Japan sometime though!

That is one slick looking store. Better have some really deep pockets before walking into this place!

Hmm… I see the Hlam Boutique’s design as a cross between Banana Republic and Abercrombie & Fitch. The color, shapes, and layou is much like that of Banana Republic, and the Glass casings remind me of A&F. What I really like about the Hlam Clothing Boutique is the fact that it has a very spacious feel to it. What they sell is very Business or First class. Everything sold is made from cashmere, alpaca or egyptian cotton. I mean.. If I chose to buy 1 set of wardrobe, head to toe, it’d cost me my life savings, but for those who have money, I can imagine how much they’d enjoying browsing through the store.

I can maybe afford it in 30 years. Seems like a cool place to check out though….if I could only get to Japan.

Bought this brand at Lane Crawford & Joyce in Hong Kong around 7 years ago. The craftmanship was amazing and the price was on par with all the top brands back then. A simple jacket costed me upward of 6K HKD. I no longer live in HK and my taste for luxury clothing has subsided over the years… Yet this boutique at Tokyo Midtown would be on my must see list the next time I visit Tokyo.
