The company’s signature chocolate slabs were born when Thirlwell, the company’s co-founder and creative force, recognized the beauty in the natural form pure chocolate takes when it is poured onto a chocolatier’s marble table and allowed to set.

I decided to sample the Caramel Fusion Giant Slab ($25) and Macadamia Turtles ($10), and let me tell you that they are to die for! The Macadamia Turtles are a nice treat when you need a chocolate fix, but the Caramel Fusion Giant Slab is simply pure chocolate bliss.
