This goes back to my previous comment about how she is a fashion icon now and probably demands the big bucks. Cosmetics is an industry only as good as the face they put it on, as opposed to the technology (Anycall) industry where the products need to shine more.
And on a personal note, she is really hot. Hot enough that my girlfriend would forgive me and understand if Hyori would agree to have an affair. That hot. :)

I remember this commercial. With Hyori showing how to look hot in half a miniute, it VS hair wax won’t even have the slightest concern of failure. Hyori’s role in VS would actually impact the market alot, cause with cosmetics, it’s really all about the advertising.
With all the guys after Hyori, and all the girls envious of her looks, she’s bound to bring success to where ever she goes, she’s really got the golden touch! SUPERSTAR

Wow, Hyori is still going with the party girl angle. I wonder how long she will keep this party girl persona. It would be nice if she could transition into a Audrey Hepburn esk style in her later years, then she would go from sexy, which many women are, to timeless and classic.

beni, that would be pretty cool huh? Few stars make the leap from generation to generation - most get lost in the footnotes of history and are only stars in the sense that they were pop culture icons of their heyday. We see very few household names except those embossed in history for standing for something truly awe-inspiring: We still watch Hepburn classics today and wonder if we will ever find someone as special as the character she portrayed.

Goodness, I guess only in Korea. In America they would turn an advertisement like that into a 6 week reality show and expand it over 50 style brands. And don’t forget the annoying host that will make it bigger than the actual stars after the show.
