If you’re one of the few people left on this planet that still buys physical CDs, then the iShelf may be for you. It’s design was inspired by the cover flow interface created by Apple, and will hopefully bring you one step closer to realizing how useless it really is. The iShelf holds a measly five CDs, and would probably require a completely white room, with all white walls and bright white lights to even get close to simulating the cover flow effect.

Just get iTunes already. It’s free and works much better.
Haha… I have a virtual one in my iTunes. It really looks great… but you have to look directly, cuz it doesnt have this great effect from the top.
I use Foobar2000 coverflow plugin, it works better than the iTunes coverflow itself, much more customizable; though you gotta have a bit of a fairly good graphics card to run it.

The above link somehow to screwed up, anyways, just google chronflow+foobar. :)
It is kind of useless but it does look cool.
I checked that foobar and I have to say it looks good, maybe better than iTunes, BUT it doesn’t have such a compatibility with other programs.
I have to agree. If you just use it as a regular media player/organizer than by itself Foobar is one of the best out there. IMO, the developers have limited their support to other programs due to that it caters to a specific audience and needs. That being said, I believe that it is that reason that it doesn’t have that widespread compatibility of other programs.
