Kid Robot Munny Speakers

Munny Speakers

Instructables has a great d.i.y. on how to make some cool speakers using Munny dolls from Kid Robot. I think these would look rather pimp on my desk.

these are really cool, but looking through the instructions, i would think I have to be somewhat of a techie to actually complete the project. It does require some work. Now if only the guy would sell his already made sets, then I would be interested in them

    I wonder how they sound?

Are Kid Robot Munny dolls available in Canada? Actually accessed through stores?
I don’t want to buy them online. To be honest, I read throud the instructions And I think I’m capable of making a set for myself, it’s not that hard, only problem may be the quality and durability.

With the polyfill, they shouldn’t sound half bad. :)

I’m sure you can pick them up at most urbanwear oriented stores.

I can suggest one place in the T.O Core, its a place called the Magic Pony, and their toys are expensive, though thats the kind of products that they sell. You can probably find an alternative to the kid robot.

Sorry for the double posting, but after checking out the website, Magic Pony does sell the DIY Kid Robot munny, they even have a glow in the dark version. One munny is 30 bucks, this project can well cost over 80+, both munnies, and the speaker components, quite an investment.

Thanks David, here is the Canadian link:

It’s $30 which is silly, cause the American and Canadian Currency aren’t that different.

The article is right about how much money and energy you’ll be able to save with a solar power system! Currently, a lot of government buildings equipped with these solar panels are able to produce more energy than what they consume. It’s really awesome!
