Oh my God! I think this was one of my first korean videos on youtube I have seen, about 4-5 years ago. I fell in love. And still it is veeeeeery sad video. I have to confess I cried first time I saw it! (and I am not gay!)

what a MV, this could be made into a full length movie! does anyone know more mv like this one?

as old as this MV is, I still love it. The first time I watched it, it -almost- made me cry, it was such a sad story, and the girl was so pretty. Korean MVs are so sad sometimes.

Man, I remember this from way way back. Even as a guy, I was melted by it. Of course, looking back, you would argue that (spoiler alert) the dude could have just donated one eye or waited for another donor. But then again it would ruin the whole theme
