LaCie, in collaboration with world-famous designer Philippe Starck, announced the LaCie Starck Desktop Hard Drive (available in 1TB and 2TB capacities) and the LaCie Starck Mobile Hard Drive (available in 320GB and 500GB capacities). The new products showcase more than just Starck’s iconic signature; there is an intellect revealed throughout each component of the design.
It is a real piece of design – the Touch Sensitive surface makes it more sophisticated. Still, as much as I am wiling to pay extra for design, don’t except me to fill 1-2TB’s on USB2.0.
