EVO 2009

The largest Street Fighter tournament in the U.S. starts tomorrow at the RIO in Las Vegas and we’ll be live blogging and tweeting the entire event. Be sure to check back here for updates or follow Kineda on Twitter.

7:34pm: Getting ready to head to a last minute pre-EVO dinner put together by casperOne and myself. If you’re reading this, we’ll be at the Rio American Bar and Grill @ 8pm. I’ll be wearing a black Chun Li tee.

It was a short photography day for me. I was busy playing as well as trying to take video of the event. Definitely will amp up the photos for the semi-finals and finals for the next update.

    Saw you a couple of times on the live stream Terry! :D Trying to get those shots of the commentators. It was around the semi finals I believe. Good stuff, wish I was there.

    @DAvid – LOL. Ya, I was all over the stage trying to get shots. There’s a few other photographers there and the space is tight unfortunately.

    Does one have to pay extra (along with the entrance free) to be a photographer? Taking those up-close shots of the pros is so cool.
