That’s a beautiful desk, but I doubt I’ll be spending more than 1k on any office desk!
Hope that glass doesn’t crack. I’d hate to see the replacement cost.

Hmmm, what I love about the desk is the Glass surface, it really adds to the clean look for your office. But I’d still have to choose a desk that i smade with straight lines so that it’ll look harmonized in an office. Eveny though it excels in aesthetics, I wouldn’t find it at the top level of functionality. Needless to say, I would choose my current desk(Entirely White Desk with Aluminum edges) over the Luna desk just for its price of 12k. I would have to say, having a glass tabletop is it’s best feature, I just hope it has a scratch resistant coating :)

Wow, simply amazing. It has such a commanding yet functional style. I like how the roundness of the carpet and desk make the person seated there the focal point. the only downside I would say is that it only has two colors.

I would agree with Allan. I prefer glass desks that envelop and encase the individual, providing a multi-level, all-around dimension of functionality rather than the mundane, everyday sit with everything in front of you. I like to use almost the full 360 degrees of desk, especially when integrating the desktop computer with my notes and stationary. The Luna sings to me more like an enlarged airline food tray than a corporate desktop.
I can only see an executive with cash to burn buying one of these. I have to give it to the Luna to pull off a regal, commanding look though, as if the desk is made for individuals who don’t have much work to do but will sit across the desk from you and look at you with disdain because you’re not doing enough work.
Perfect for a boss who’s at the the office maybe 2 hours a week and plays golf the rest of the time, useless for the peon slaving away for his pension.

Okay, I have to agree with J on this. The Luna desk seems to somewhat be a “Status” desk. what is a status desk? Its a desk that shows how your wealty you are. But I would much rather use a watch or car or perhaps house to show off my wealth, since prices on those items can be judged easily. I mean, the normal employee walks into your office which has the Luna desk, he’d be like.. wow.. Oringal desk or something along the longs, and he would probably never guess the price. On the other hand, he sees the Diamond Crested Rolex with the gold wriststrap, he knows its $Cha-Ching$, the value is easily known at first glance. As for the desk, at $12,855, I would much rather keep that cash in my wallet, unless the desk was well popularized, and its value was known to everyone.
Just my extended though on the desk’s pricing specifically.

you know what???!! If you start putting wheels on the this desk and motorise the whole desk, then we’re talking serious fun… but for 12K that’s a bit on the steep side where ur only paying for the flat surface on the top which is only yeh wide… wat’s a desk that small going to have you doing?? well i guess if u have your “paperless” office then this would be the clinch.
if it only had some sort of shelfing underneath then I might consider it useable.
