Yup, all the photos were shot with the 24-70. Canon did have their own booth which was a lot nicer than Nikon’s. But Nikon owned the show as far as advertising goes… EVERYONE had a bright yellow Nikon bag to carry all their swag in.

Terry, I noticed you used the D700 to take your photos. At f2.8/33mm, did you use a 24-70 lens?
Well, MACWORLD chose to advertise CANON and even put up a canon display desk, and I see a 1D MARK III and tons of L lens!
As for the MacBook Pro, the keyboard is a bit bland, there seems to be a lot of wasted space, even though I understand that Apple is all about the Simple&Clean concept.

your reaction is exactly why Apple is steering away from Macworld. It produces so much hype and sets such high expectations that people just end up being disappointed. No matter WHAT is released people will still find one feature that is missing or some product that they heard on some rumor site that wasn’t there. Macworld should be about what you said, being “surrounded by people that love Apple as much [we] do” and sharing that love and enthusiasm, not hyped up product releases.
