I can seem to point out that her voice in her new songs, mostly from Emancipation of Mimi has her voice dull, some of the songs sound unclear, either its her voice or the people over at the studio has gotten into a “loudness” war. I can still say that they can still master it even further. This is purely from observations, my views are subjective. Nonetheless, I still prefer the older Mariah Carey songs than the newer ones.

Lord is she beautiful in this video. I agree with david, her voice isn’t pushed out in her songs like they use to, and this video’s concept takes away from the sexiness. Nice to see her playful though :P

I wouldn’t mind being in that guy’s position. And yes, please hunt me down ;)

It think her voice may have changed because she’s aged quite a bit from the days when she used to hit those glass shattering notes.

She looks great! No wonder why did the guy on the video was surprised when the door opened. If I were is his position I would also be mesmerized by the beauty that is standing in front of him. It looks like that Mariah is even hotter now. I wonder if there is any guy at all who could have resist her.

Hey, its the 30 Rock guy!!! What a joke maker. The song is pretty good, It was a good song to start the day. And I must say, MC is looking hot, in video mode. This may be the track of Spring/Summer 2k8 for the youngins.

You’re probably right lilkitty, more of her previous albums seem a lot smoother, not louder but clearer. I hope this album has some slow songs as she did once captured in her earlier albums.

She’s now focusing on the more trendier styles these days, some of the songs work out pretty well and some aren’t as polished as others. I can’t wait. :)
