Is it just me, or is Timbaland everywhere these days? Here he is performing ‘Promiscuous’ at MTV’s TRL with guest star Nelly Furtado. The song has been on the radio for a few months now, but it’s damn catchy and has helped put Nelly back on the map of R&B superstars.

Timbaland used to make really good beats… but he sounds really much the same as usual nowadays. perhaps this is the reason he’s helping out other artists. makes sense to me.

Doesn’t everybody recycle? As long as the beats sound good and are remixed, and see nothing wrong with it.

There’s nothing wrong with recycled beats, it’s whatever suits you’re ears. Some people just like hearing something fresh from an artist that’s been around for so long.

I have the utmost respect for Timba. He’s worked with greats like JayZ and really knows how to make a hit song.
