Neokarsh Defeats Sofichan and Wins Kineda’s First SFIV Tourney

About one month ago we ran our first ever XBL Street Fighter IV Tournament with a total of 22 entrants. There were some amazing matches, and if you missed them be sure to check out the thread for recap videos uploaded by some of the participants. Everyone gave it their all but in the end only one could win. Neokarsh who used Sagat breezed through the entire tourney without a single match loss. Sofichan came very close with his solid and patient Ryu, but unfortunately any mistake was punished with either a meaty damage combo or an Ultra — something that Neokarsh rarely misses.

Congrats to all who placed in our first tourney, and be sure to look out for our PS3 SFIV Tourney coming in a couple of weeks!

    I’d be in for another XBL one in the future. I hope that happens, it was fun and I fought/meet some great and friendly players.

    Congratulations again, Its really hard to go against Sagat when you’re Ryu, I enjoyed watching the finals, thanks Terry for the tourney. :)

    Not hard at all. I don’t see Daigo having problems going against Sagat with is Ryu.
