More and more we’re spending a significant part of our afternoons staring blankly at a computer screen, or just trying to stay awake for a boring afternoon department staff meeting.
Sneak away during lunch or break, and recharge yourself with a power nap. Power naps lasts from 10-20 minutes and help maximize the benefits cell repair, heart function, and hormonal maintenance in as short a time as possible.
Cornell University social psychologist James Maas found that even a 10-minute snooze improved job performance.
I think I need a power nap right about now. Zzzz… :)
i work for myself and take at least an hour nap every day. i can get much more done and work twice as long with one.
My power naps are like 3 hours long, everyday I do after school. :)
dang, i cant even nap. i sleep if i were to try to nap, which last about 4-6 hours x_x
That’s why you need to set an alarm if you want to just take a quick snooze! :)
maximum power nap for me is 30 minutes. yes a power nap of at least 10-20 minutes is effective. Sometimes, unless my friends invades my dorm ruining my nap.

or do i have to be lying down
When I get worn out with work in the afternoons, I visit Kineda.com (and other sites) for a small dose of healthy distractions!
