Sea Phantom - The Bugatti-Inspired Speedboat

Sea Phantom

Designer David Borman has designed and developed a helicopter speed powerboat named the Sea Phantom. It’s a cross between a stealth bomber and a submarine with a design drawn from NASA research, and the classic Bugatti car.

The 64 foot Sea Phantoms cruise at speeds of 150mph, includes several state rooms, and has walk accessible wings. Although many speedboats can travel at triple-digit speeds, none are able to do it as comfortably and safe as the Sea Phantom. Imagine being able to travel from Key West to Cuba in just under 20 minutes in luxury and style.

“The ultimate objective is passenger transport. For $2.5 million I’ll have maritime transport capabilities similar to a $10-12 million aircraft. Not only at a fraction of the purchase price, but also at a fraction of the operating expense and I’m not encumbered by the FAA’s rules. Airports are getting backed up; they’ve run out of expansion room. Aircraft can hardly get any bigger because the airports can’t get any larger. 60% of the world’s population live within 300 miles of a coastline; I could envision dozens of these just running up and down the Florida coast alone. It could scale up to 90 feet if someone wanted to carry 100 passengers at high speed. It’s a whole new world of transport.”

My guess is you’ll have to wait in line to get one, because rappers like Jay-Z probably have the first sets already on order.

Only if Bruce Wayne had his hands on those, pretty much looks like a batman’s mobiles. For a rich millionaire, I would definitely have one of those.

^ indeed, this speedboat does remind me of bruce wayne’s vehicles. The head of the boat looks pretty aero dynamic, but im surprised it cant travel as fast as the other speed boats, but at least you can travel with style and safety, which in my opinion is more crucial.

According to TrendHunter, it’s 50 feet long, doesn’t mention their width. On their official site, has a bunch of videos.

In the millionaire’s menu it says:

    Sea Phantom

“If radar detection can be prevented, then go sonar with the Stealth black primer composite. Get clawed by Bruce the bat but watch out first from Jar Jar Binks hiccups. Willy won’t be Free for long as long as the Trident’s from the OHIO is not intimated by Soviet chimpanzees or Cuban cigars. Jay-Z raises the essense of class A for outstanding ‘bring it on’\\\claps in the air, HOLLA ju-boy!”

Price: Less than the amount the Pentagon spends on the dust bowl.
