The “Super Moon” on May 5th was 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter according to NASA. So impressive that even the giant GUNDAM in Tokyo’s Odaiba had to check it out.
Giant Japanese robots are taking over Tokyo. First the 59-foot tall Gundam in Odaiba, Tokyo and now Kobe’s Wakamatsu Park will have their very own giant robot — a 50 ton TETSUJIN 28-go. The video below shows workers constructing the new robot.
Gundam is celebrating their 30th anniversary by erecting a 59-foot tall Gundam at Shiokaze Park in Tokyo. The life size plastic robot will be on display for two months later year and will feature a moving head unit and 14 points to disperse bursts of mist.
