The Miss Universe 2006 Pageant results are in… Miss Japan was crowned 1st place runner-up behind MIss Universe 2006: Zuleyka Rivera of Puerto Rico (I swear she looks like she’s a Victoria’s Secret Model)! Amazing indeed, considering there were over 4,000 contestants this year. Standing at a sultry 5′7″, Kurara Chibana (23) was born in Okinawa, and majored in Philosophy at Sophia University.
