Quiksilver’s Limited Collection is a premium specialty extension of the main Quiksilver young men’s line that is meticulously crafted with the finest fabrics, best trims and most precise fits. The first Limited Collection, which featured a collaboration with DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) and Hardy Blechman of Maharishi, debuted in Spring 2007. Since that time, the line has evolved and taken on different sources of inspiration.

The Summer/Fall 2009 Quiksilver Limited Collection picks up where the Spring collection left off, with a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic that fuses nautical and military influences. The design team still uses high-end materials in creative and non-traditional bodies. But this line transitions into a warmer Fall color palette.

Quiksilver is expanding beyond surf-based products and moving into footwear. The first released is the Quiksilver Capri ($65) due out sometime in May. The shoe features a clean subtle silhouette with earth-toned colors.
