Dyson Air Multiplier

Air Multiplier

The Dyson Air Multiplier fan ($300) works very differently to conventional fans. It uses Air Multiplier technology to draw in air and amplify it 15 times, producing an uninterrupted stream of smooth air. With no blades or grill, it’s safe, easy to clean and doesn’t cause unpleasant buffeting.

So it needs air drawn in to be multiplied 15 times… So if the air was still, it’ll multiply by zero? Jk but it’s still pretty expensive for a fan.
