The Wan Chai property has designed the ‘His Space’ concept as a gaming paradise with video consoles for Playstation 3, X360, Wii, a golf putting green in rooms along with iPod entertainment systems, men’s magazines and a DVD library. The idea follows the success of the city’s first dedicated floor for ladies – ‘Her Space’ which The Fleming launched in February 2007
