If you can get him to cook or clean a few times, he'll see that it's pretty relaxing. Now the main problem, as I see it, is that you might be worried he won't do his chores WELL. I mean, cooking is pretty fun, but it does take some skill to do it right. Laundry and cleaning too - wiping down the window isn't so bad, but it isn't as straightforward as it looks. I did these things cause i know how to cook from the restaurant business, clean cause i couldn't stand coming home to a dirty apartment, and cause i needed clean clothes to wear (i had a lot less clothes than her). Only when i was working 50+ hours a week did she do the chores(not well either). From my experience last serious relationship, i was the one that cooked, clean, and did the laundry on a regular basis.
