mmm.. num num num… They really should bring those vendors back to North America. Makes restauranteuring so much easier… and no lineups with servers who could make your order all wrong! (Not all, but you know who you are!)

lol. Actually, that random Japanese dude isn’t Japanese at all. He’s Chinese and his name is Alfred. He went on the trip with us. :)

It was sooooooooooooo good! I accidentally made the mistake of ordering a “double order” of noodles. The bowl was so big! I mean, I can hold my own, but I was no battle against these noodles. I think i ate this 3 days in a row, LOL!
