    Terry: bad image of Lacoste.

Actually, I think Adidas Superstar are overpriced. The real value is less than 50 bucks.

    Adidas Superstar 80s…
    Those look decent.

As for the converse… I wouldn’t wear them or anything resembling to them.

Wow. I only have the Chucks and Vans out of your list.
Onitsuka and New Balance i have, but different model and color.

Lacoste, Puma and the other brands are not my cup of tea.
I’d consider Creative Recreation, don’t like this particular shoe in the list.
But their site has quite a collection.

BTW why’d you leave out Nike? Something personal? ;)

    simplicity is the key.

i think this is what all these shoes have in common.

You left out the classic ‘Dunlop Volleys’

Holds the record for most wimbeldons wins!

Maybe it’s an Aussie thing?! they’re RRP for $20 here but you can usually find them on sale for $15 AUD (~$10 USD) or so. Awesome buy.
