i think we will see a resurgence of Transformers toys and merchendise.

but i think the new ones won’t make sense when you transform them (not realistic).

When I first saw initial models of Optimus I was worried about how good this movie is going to be…. After watching this trailer… OMG! I can’t wait!!! I have been a fan of Transformers growing up in the 80’s… I still have the original Devastor Constucticon set! Man, I don’t know what happened to my Megatron.

^meh. only different. they looked so block like in the cartoon. the point is to make them look realistic and more believable. i do like how michael bay’s trailer makes the movie appear to be not only action packed but suspenseful if not more of thriller.

Meh… I still think they messed up the overall look of the transformers. They tried to make it look too “cool” and failed miserably.
