Victoria Justice turns 18! Ok, not quite yet, but pretty darn soon. The American actress and singer of Puerto Rican and Irish descent will be legal in less than six months (born February 19, 1993). She reminds me of a young version of Vanessa Marcil. Disney sure knows how to breed hot young starlets!
