In my 21 years of remodeling I have never seen anything like the Monza II. It has 18-jets, 4-phased ceiling tile shower head, and a commercial grade steam system. In short, it's incredible. The Glass Bath Tub left my client's wife breathless. I had a few questions along the way as I had never installed Wasauna fixtures and the service department was knowledgeable and responsive. However, I was concerned after reading Edin Las Vegas' comment regarding the staff and service. I ended up speaking to the salesperson, Vic, who was named in Ed's posting and he mentioned that the tub has a weight limit which Vic believed Ed exceeded. Vic was remorseful that Ed has such a difficult experience, but defended Wasauna adequately by stating Wasauna graciously waived its industry standard re-stocking fee and picked up the tub. Again, I love my tub and I also installed a Napola Dual-Flush Toilet which truly belongs in a museum's sculpture garden. Thank you Vic and Wasauna. Do not trust him to do what he says; IF he calls you back (I suggest a recorder when you deal with him!) The company is strictly out to ’sell then run’. Don’t even get me started on the way they jerk me around for months with take pics of this, take pics of that, do this, do that, but in the end, they still did nothing; not one thing did they do to resolve the issue or repair the tub. However, for that price tag, I wish there was a bit more to the glass sides, like slightly textured for a shiatsu massage if you leaned on the walls or some elegant glass-etched pattern.
