Cars are cars in the first place. To justify the meaning of a person's personality through the sheer scrutinization of a specific vehicle is the notion of nothing but nonsense experimentation. To elaborate this case, take this example, pls. forgive my decision to go on the sidelines, but pls. bear that this MAY have a meaning to the purpose of explaining my points of view: One day a 6 year old young boy walk by to a CD store and decided to buy Old Time Classics, 50's mainly. The shop owner was odd to see the boy's enthusiasm to 50's music. The boy was very happy, he decided to took it out of the shelf, paid the cashier/store owner and went back home to listen to it more.

Lesson: Have you seen many young boys listening to 50's music these days, since the start of 2000, many now are hype into R'N'Bs not 50's music.

SO......IN THE CASE OF THE COMPARISON BETWEEN THE VALUE OF THE CAR AND THE PERSONALITY PERSPECTIVE OF THE PERSON IS TOTALLY NONSENSE AND STUPID.

I honestly believe a car is only a judge of how wealthy a person wants to appear, and not how wealthy they are.

It's more of a gauge of how much they value their money. You would have to be stupidly rich to justify a car in the six figures... like an oil tycoon or investment guru.

Think about the loss opportunity cost of buying a 300,000 dollar car... or worse, paying interest on it.

With meager returns of 6% on 300,000 you could gain another six figures in 5 years... versus the trade in value of a car that has 5 more years of miles on it.
