They're are buying it because it's expensive, because it's different. If you want to be logical about car purchases then there's no reason to spend more than $30k on a car just like there's no reason to buy clothes from anyplace other than Wal-Mart. What an ugly world that would be. If you call these people idiots yet own a stitch of designer clothing you're a hypocrite. Yes I know a $40k paint job is a LOT more than $300 for some 7 For All Mankind jeans, but the dollar amount is all relative. These cars are (hopefully) bought by people who's net worth makes my salary look like a rounding error. At least we can all agree that's one sexy car :) It’s called fashion, people.
